ACCOUNTING CLERK

Maine Potato Growers Inc. (MPG) has an immediate opening for a full time Accounting Clerk, to work in the Presque Isle office. Duties include daily and monthly accounting transactions, general ledger reconciliations, and other accounting and clerical tasks. The successful candidate must have at a minimum an Associate’s Degree in Accounting, or 3 years of Accounting experience, be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, “Can Do” attitude and have the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

BULK OIL DELIVERY TRUCK DRIVER POSITION

Maine Potato Growers, Inc. is a diversified cooperative serving the needs of agricultural and resource based industries and our surrounding communities since 1932. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our MPG Lubricant Division out of Presque Isle, ME.
The Bulk Oil Delivery Truck driver will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, “Can Do” attitude and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. The Bulk Oil Delivery Truck driver will be based out of the Presque Isle area and responsible for delivering bulk oil products in Aroostook, Penobscot, Washington and Hancock counties. The ideal candidate will possess a commercial Class B license with tank endorsement. The ideal candidate must also possess excellent communication, analytical and decision making skills.

Equipment Sales Representative

Maine Potato Growers Inc. (MPG) is a diversified cooperative serving the needs of agricultural and resource-based industries in our surrounding communities since 1932. We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our MPG Truck and Tractor Division in Presque Isle, Maine.

The Equipment Sales Representative will be responsible to promote and sell the variety of MPG Truck & Tractor equipment product lines, to existing and prospective customers throughout the territories MPG Truck & Tractor serves. The Equipment Sales Representative must be able to travel throughout the Northeast and Eastern Canada.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Equipment Sales Representative will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, “Can Do” attitude and the ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years’ experience as an Equipment Sales Representative. The ideal candidate must also possess excellent communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
